Pac went straight for the top dog at 140. Did Floyd go straight for top dog Tszyu at 140??? No he did not. We can play this game all day.
so hatton was the top dog at 140 for fighting:

    1. maussa
    2. urango
    3. castillo
    4. lazcano
    5. malinaggi

    instead of facing:

    1. bradley
    2. holt
    3. a;exander
    4. torres
    5. witter

zoo was the top dog until he lost to hatton, who subsequently went on to cherry pick his way across 140 and never faceda real threat during his 5 fight title reign

Tszyu fought Hatton...but lost. Fight canceled. Floyd wants Hatton, Hatton says "I'm not ready."

Floyd was the best at 140 even when Hatton was Champ. Didn't get the fight so he moved up.
by the time he moved up to 147, he fought Baldomir, who was the lineal champ

      ignoring Margarito & Mosleys challenge

could you say Baldomir was the best at 147 during that time?

floyd didn't fiight a spadafora at 35 he went straight for the top dog too bad we can't say the same for "catchweight" manny

Claiming that a potential future opponent of your favorite fighter is overrated does nothing except take the glory away from your fighters' win, IF he wins.

This is really going off on a tangent from the point i was trying to make to make to Brandish.....but that's the exact same thing that was happening to Pac at 135.

Pac wanted to test the waters and see if he was actually competent at 135 with a unification bout with Juan Diaz for all 4 belts as the ultimate objective. Diaz loses....Pac gets offered 15 mil to fight Oscar so he moved up.

We wouldnt know. 1,2, and 4 werent even champions until after Hatton/Malignaggi was inked and ready to go. But as far as rankings at the time every website, and magazine had Hatton and Malignaggi as the clear 1 and 2. Torres 3rd and Witter 4th. Bradley doesnt suddenly become the best at 140 by beating the number 4 in the division. And thats going by YOUR logic.
oh but we do know since

            1. maussa--one hit wonder
            2. urango--hatton held him for dear life
            3. castillo-washed up
            4. lazcano- washed up
            5. malinaggi-washed up feather fisted fighter

are you saying fighting these fighters enhanced hatton's legacy as opposed to fighting:

            1. bradley
            2. holt
            3. alexander
            4. torres
            5. witter

even you don't beleive this bull**** your typing.

I'm going by the rankings which is the lowest common denominator you *****s can understand.

Are you saying Judah, Hatton, and Baldomir at 147 enhanced Floyd's legacy as opposed to fighting Cotto, Margarito, Williams, or Mosley???

When he beat the **** out of MAB and Erika. To date, I still think MAB(the first fight) and Erika(1st & 2nd fight) are still head & shoulder above the versions of De La Joto and Hatton that fought PAC.

Typical. *****s always have such convictions but when you flip the script on em using their own logic they run.
