PBF wont be an all time good even for avoiding Cotto and other fighters. Pac is an ATG for beating the cottos of this world.
SSM is above PBF in the ATG list because he beat a prime dlh, but PBF barely sc****d past a over the hill, DLH, whereas Pac showed how you are supposed to beat over the hill boxers.

Someone can counter your argument by saying that Floyd accomplished more at 135. It is not a meaningful statement.
Some one can counter saying that Pac has fought better boxers than Floyd period, Barrera, Morales, cotto, are better than the best on Floyds resume Corales and Castillo. Pacquaio trashed the other fighters on Floyd resume way better than Floyd

It's sad that people actually get paid for being this biased. Unbelievable.

I think it's safe to say that Mr. Fitzsimmons won't be winning a Pulitzer anytime in the near future.

What Pac did Saturday was amazing. He beat a young top 3-5, welterweight. Truly amazing. However, you don't have to go any further than Freddie Roach to see why people keep saying Pac's opponents have been made to order. PAC'S OWN TRAINER said: "ODH can't pull the trigger any more, Ricky Hatton isn't that good, Cotto isn't the same fighter he was before Margs, Morales, and Barrera are past their prime" no one forced him to say these things they are simple facts. That doesn't diminish what Pac did moving up in weight and getting better. Pac might be one of the most physically gifted boxers ever and I mean that when I say it but to face a counter puncher with similar physical gifts, and I'm not racist but a black American style boxer is his kryptonite. He is just as great as PBF but PBF is a nightmare combination of style, physical gifts and most of all unbelievable intelligence in the ring. I'm not a PBF nuthuger I'll take a MP fight any day of the week but I agree with this author PBF has the full package and he has actually faced guys who's styles were supposed to give him trouble i.e. pressure fighters and beat all of them.

But the thing with PBF is that he has never faced anyone anywhere near as good as pac and that is the bottom line.
You can say Pac hasnt faced anyone quite like PBF. But again, the bottom line is Pac has beaten better boxers than PBF has.

That is why Pac is considered the better fighter at the end of the day, by guys like Arum, Emmanunel steward, and Cotto. Floyd senior also thinks Pac is a better fighter and that is why he thinks Pac is on steroids. Its a compliment to pac to accuse him of being on steroids, and Floyd senior dont even realize it.
