A Great Defense will Always Beat a Great Offense because a Great Defense is Built on Destruction ~NFL Coach???

Forget who the guy said it but it was on the NFL network a few weeks back. He quoted a Football coach I think.
I've been waiting to see if it would be on again but...whatever.

Damn...so tired when I watched it.

    Anybody else see it?

At least I hope I got that quote right.

Anyway, I was trying to think how that would relate to Boxing even though it is Football we are talking about.

In the NFL, defense is used to prevent the offense from scoring all the while counter-attacking at blitz speed to rush at the ball.

Yes, this tends to be true which is why the score-cards for Oscar were closer than they should have been considering Oscar wasn't landing much clean punches for points.

It's also what I'm interested in seeing what Floyd will do since he isn't going to be able to keep it close. He can win but not win on the score-cards.

Floyd will not get a rematch. If Pac loses, Freddie will push for a rematch so Pac has more to play with.
