Difference is that Mayweather UD'd the lineal/Ring Welterweight champion, Pacquiao beat a paper champion who won his belt against Michael Jennings for the vacant WBO title. Baldomir beat the Lineal Champion at the time Zab Judah to get recognized as the Ring/Lineal Champion

Pac beat the better fighter. Pac beat the more dangerous fighter. Pac took the bigger risk. Pac WW resume with a Cotto win ****s all over Floyd WW resume.

But, you have to vote for Floyd cuz even though Baldomir is journeyman level and a Zab Judah creation. Baldomir was the legitamate champ. So Floyd should win this pole. But, I doubt he will.
