Difference is that Mayweather UD'd the lineal/Ring Welterweight champion, Pacquiao beat a paper champion who won his belt against Michael Jennings for the vacant WBO title. Baldomir beat the Lineal Champion at the time Zab Judah to get recognized as the Ring/Lineal Champion

....floyd for all his B.S he pulled at the marquez fight...did fight for the actual welterweight title at welterweight. say what you will about his resume there, even when he fought judah for the fraudulent IBF belt that he shouldnt have had, he did it at welter. Your post is irrelevant because Baldomir was more established as a Welterwight than Cotto. Cotto was just coming off of 140 he was "smaller".

Unfortunately it is the way the question was asked my friend. Honestly pac win over Cotto is > Floyd over Baldomir. But it was a question about the WW title not whos winning of the belt was better. For that matter PACS win over PDLH was better the Floyds win over the same figher....Lefty
