Now since we are using the RING magazine titles to give Manny Pacquiao his 7th title in his 7th weight class, You guys should have no problem in using the RING Magazine rankings on top 10 fighters in the last decade to determine Who the Fighter of the ENTIRE Decade should be.

If Pacquiao is the best fighter on this ENTIRE decade then how is it that for half of the decade he wasnt even ranked in the top 10?

While Mayweather has been at the TOP for the ENTIRE Decade???

Why didnt all the boxing experts rank Pacquiao higher than Mayweather
    in
    1998
    1999
    2000
    2001
    2002
    2003
    2004
    2005
    2006
    2007
    2008
If Pacquiao is the Fighter of the decade?

PACQUIAO IS THE MOST IMPROVED FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.
NOT THE FIGHTER OF THE DECADE!
BECAUSE HE DID NOT DOMINATE THE WHOLE DECADE!!
BUT HE HAS IMPROVED THE MOST THIS DECADE!!
    (Hands Down)

PACQUIAO IS THE MOST IMPROVED FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.

Sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due, and right now credit is due. Manny Pacquaio is the pound 4 pound best fighter in the sport today.
And The most improved Fight of the Decade!!

Its the perception ******. I definitely for one woudn't want to tell future fight fans that 2000s was Floyd Mayweather's decade when Pacquiao, and even Calzaghe has accomplished a whole lot more.

The Ring Belt is LINEAL for crissakes. So it's FACT not an opinion... jeez get a clue.

6 of Pac's titles are alphabelts. The only sole lineal was the one he got by destroying Barrera. And he's got 4 Lineal in 4 divisions as well. 3 Fighter of the Year Awards. More HOF'ers and legends on his resume.

              You can't beat that.

Man, Floyd Mayweather does not deserve to be more highly regarded than Pacquiao. He just doesn't. To say otherwise is really an insult to the sport.

Ranking has nothing to do with it...........it's an accumulation of what was done 2-3 years of being ranked. Meaning if I was rank number 2 in 1998 but didn't do **** in 1999 and 2000 I may still be ranked number 3 or or 5 in 2001. Get it Horus??
