I can see where Floyd fans are coming from with this, because maybe I'd be slightly pissed off if some little Asian dude (not that race has anything to do with it) came and crapped on my accomplishments (which are quite impressive), but that's just how it is. Floyd should not have retired and gone golfing, or whatever the heck it is that he does, throw money around in clubs, start record labels and try to be a gangster. He should have grinded away, beat guys like Margarito, Mosley, Cotto, etc. Instead, Manny is doing his job for him, and deserves credit for it. I never thought I'd see the day when Pacquiao beat (read: obliterated) arguably the best Welterweight on the planet before Floyd Mayweather. It's an unbelievable feat considering where he came from.

Who has Floyd fought at Welterweight? I can barely remember.

If p4p list are opinion and Ranking has nothing to do with it then so are the RING titles.
which pacquiao counts for 2 of his 7 titles.

Pacquiao is the most improved fighter of the decade by far.
He has come BACK from being knock out twice, Outboxed and given a draw, Outboxed and beating beat, and Outboxed and winning by 1 point.
To now becoming a offensive force...!!

He used to be a 1 handed fighter.
        Not no more.

He has improved better than anybody I have ever seen.
        But key word is improved.

His level of compitetion is not out of this world.
Mayweather and Pacquiao have fought 3 of the same opponents in both of their last 5 fights.

And Mayweather from the start of his career to now has faced higher quality of opponents compared to pacquiao..!

        these are facts!

Pacquiao was getting Knock out, while Mayweather was winning fighter of the year awards.

How is that biased??? Half of Mayweather's claim to greatness is his "undefeated" record.

Is 46-0 not better than 40-0???

                DECADE= 10 YEARS
                2000-2010
For a ten year span who has CONSTANTLY DOMINATED THE MOST?

If Pacquiao is the best fighter on this ENTIRE decade then how is it that for half of the decade he wasnt even ranked in the top 10?

That tells me he is the most improved fighter of the decade...
                which he is..

Mayweather has ran through 5 divisions, win 6 world titles, 3 lineal titles, and been ranked at the top of the sport for 10 Consecutive years with 3 1/2 of the years being ranked #1 . And did staying undefeated.

Thats why being undefeated matters in this case.

Because he is undefeated while doing accomplishing great things, and looking great doing it.

Pacquiao is the most improved fighter of this decade.
but not the fighter of the decade.
because he did not dominate for a decade compared to mayweather.

Pacquiao cant be fighter of a decade in which Mayweather has nearly control the whole decade.

                  Ok your point.
Pacquiao was getting not knock when Mayweather was winning fighter of the year awards. Mayweather was retired HUGE difference.

It took Mayweather 2 years to make the transition from Lightweight to Welterweight, it took Pacquiao 7 months. Pacquiao has fought a better fighter @ 147 within 1 year of going there than Mayweather has in 4 years there.

Mayweather retired for over 2 years or something in this decade.

Infact he retired twice didn't he?
