The whole thing about both sides making demands on the bigger share of the money is so that they have room to negotiate. It is easy to start with high demands then come off them to meet at a somewhat lower more reasonable number, you never start negotiations demanding what you want you always ask for the moon just incase you can get it and you could still possibly do better then what you wanted with in the first place. If you start off asking for just what you want or the minimum you will accept you will never get a better deal then you want and most likely will not even get a deal that you would want.

They both need each other to have the biggest pie, and you can spend money not percentages.

Well, Mosley messed up by not fighting and winning after the Margarito
win. He just got too anxious and in all honesty, Pac/Floyd are bigger $
fights than Shane and to get them together makes the most sense.
Everything is at stake, titles, P4P status, $, fans....Etc...... I think
Mosley best bet is to beat Berto, get the belt and am sure the winner
of Floyd/Pac will want him because after them, who else is the next
biggest fight? Mosley and for the belts? A no brainer.

Yes it does, **** ppv buys. It should be about what you do in the ring, not your mouth that helps sell fights. Manny doesn't need Floyds big ass mouth to sell a fight, since he lets his fists do the talking.

i will be surprised if Floyd takes the fight. For some reason, mainly the asswhupping Cotto took, I feel Mayweather will back out of signing this fight and use money or Legacy as an excuse. PacMan has shown the world who the real P4P champ is and i wouldnt be surprised if Mayweather decided to take on Cotto or the winner of Mosley/Berto rather than risk getting KOed by the Filipino Phenom. Time will Tell if Mayweather has any balls left but my bet is that he doesnt
