Pacquiao vs. Mayweather? I don't see it happening anytime soon. You see Mayweather is extremely money oriented. He's going to demand more money than Pacquiao. At this moment he doesn't have a stance for that argument. I think Floyd has the skills to squeak out a decision against Pac but at the same time I think he is concerned after watching the Cotto fight. A Mosely fight is more realistic for Pac if Mosely wins against Berto. I just hope Floyd will understand the magnitude of this fight and take a 50-50.

Exactly right bud , its as plain as Hatton fighting Castillo was about getting a Floyd fight , Floyd has played this entire scenario like a chess master move for move and his comeback was always about Manny .

Manny Pacquiao needs to fight Floyd at 147 and then we see how bad he really is. Not taking anything away from Pac but catchweights must take something away from fighters I guess because Freddie Roach keeps demanding them. Pac is more than capable fighting at 147 so why shouldn't he agaisnt Floyd? Like everybody keep and kept saying in regards to Cotto "What's 2 more pounds?" same can be said about Manny. that's why Mayweather stays on top of his game because he ain't ****** to drain himself to give his opponent a chance to beat him. Agreed. The one thing the victory over Cotto showed is that Pac is a big boy now. No more catch weights. Impressive win but if he doesn't get rid of the training wheels now and fight the actual class weight it is a total wuss move. Let's get it on!

what i don't understand is how fans of floyd mayweather are saying things like floyd will destroy pac or put a beating on him. REALLY? How did floyd become tony the tiger. lol. The outcome will be floyd by boring decision. So, no need for them to fight anymore. Maybe floyd can move up and fight Yuri Foreman for junior middleweight championship. The title of that fight is "The boxing cure for insomnia" lol

This fight has to happen for history purposes so I'm in agreement with it. Also, it wouldn't be a BAD idea for MANNY to make even more history by seeking future unification bouts @ welterweight! its all for money and the world is just curious about the fight. But we all know who is the best. Gayweather can box, run, and hide. We have seen it and we do not want that kind of fight against Pac. It will ruin his reputation for fighting a inglorious basterd.

Pac beats Floyd in a showdown! Floyd is a defense specialist but he has never faced anyone like Pac.
1. Pac's work rate will force Floyd to defend all 12 rounds with almost no rest.
2. Pac's punches come from different angles. That's one thing that Floyd hasn't experienced. Sooner or later, Pac will land. And we all now know that Pac strikes with intent to hurt, not just to score points.
3. Pac's speed will...without a doubt, penetrate that ****** shoulder roll especially coming from a southpaw. Just as Iron Mike has said before: "Everyone has a game plan until they get hit". Truely applies to the Pacman.
4. Pac has proven that he can take a punch. He's gonna throw a variety of 5/6 punch combos without respecting Floyd feather-like fists. I can see Floyd thinking...WTF?

I can completely agree with you, i really don't see anything special with floyd excep his defense but that defense will surely go out the window once Pac dislocates that brittle shoulder of his.

It will the biggest fight of all time and will undoubtedly do more buys than Oscar/PBF did. What other reasons do we need? This is historical. It ain't about whether or not it would be the most exciting fight out there. More is at stake than that.
