I think Roy is higher than Hopkins and Pacman simply because Neither Pacman nor Hopkins have wins that match A prime Toney(ATG) and Hopkins(LEgend).

And I think that Pacman is underhopkins, because he doesnt have the prime and strong wins that Hopkins does. Prime Trinidad, ODLH, Tarver, PAvlik>>>>than old Morales, Marquez, and Barrera. But if Pacman beats Cotto, he will surpass Hopkins and be right under Jones.

Bottom line is, Jones beat a legend in hopkins. And there is no denying that Hopkins is a damn LEGEND, and the other two have not.

I will not bring Floyd into this, becasue his resume outside of a few wins here and there is weak. though i will admit he is an ATG for his 130 run, He beat down an undefeated corrales(RIP).

Hopkins was very green at this time though. He was not an all around fighter at the time. Hopkins was still learning his craft. Roy was the more experience guy of the 2 at the time. But, Toney was the man at the time. Toney was probably weak from making the weight. But, That is not Roy fault. So full credit to Roy.
