        Beating a smaller guy moving up in weight wont make you P4P #1, but he should be 2nd or 3rd if he does win.

        If Vitali beats Pacman, is he P4P #1? Since he beat the P4P king?

                Nope, he has been retired for 2 ****ing years and came back for a fight against a fighter who never fought about 135 in his life. That is not p4p material, that is called chicken-****-material. Avoiding the top WW's does not give you the p4p number 1 spot, sorry that is not how it works.

                    I think he'd have a hell of a case given his overall quality of comp the last few years. Who cares who he beat for belts? Who did he FIGHT. Cotto's quality of opp is Oscar-level.
