I'm going to have to disagree with you, because Oscar was only 155 at the Hopkins weigh in, if I'm not mistaken. I think he has what it takes to get back down to 147lbs. and I don't think his frame is too big to carry that weight. He said September is his month. I really don't know why he wants to only fight once a year after coming off of a loss. He should've have done like Morales and be eager to get back into the ring following a loss, but hey...I guess it's because he's Oscar De La Hoya and people will pay to see him no matter what..

Good call, I think Oscar could dominate any 147 lb'er right now, Zab is the king and I've always liked his skills, but Oscar is much bigger physically than Zab, and he'd hurt Judah with every landed punch....I wouldn't be shocked if Oscar tries to do 2 PPV's like he did with Hopkins, where they co-headline a PPV to set up a showdown a few months later, I think this is the only way that Don King and GBP can work out a deal that satisfies both sides....I'd take Oscar by UD if the fight goes down

            lol

Oscar did too impress in both fights. In the 1st fight he showed his chin and willingness to trade. It was a good fight and an impressive effort, don't try to say otherwise.

In the 2nd fight he had Mosley looking confused most of the fight (although I say in part that is due to Mosley being past his prime).

PBF is so damn small compared to DLH. If DLH makes 147 he will not have a double chin. There is no way he could make that weight and have a double-chin. Floyd was shook by Chop Chop and Castillo...just imagine what DLH could do. And make no mistake about it, DLH could do it...if he is still able to make 147 and still has fire left.

PBF would have NO power to keep DLH off of him, and DLH is so much longer and stronger than PBF he might be able to outbox him on the outside.

If PBF beats DLH it will only be because DLH is past his prime and cannot make weight well, and who cares about that?

Oscar and Floyd will never ever ever fight, there's no point in even arguing or discussing the match, don't hold your breath for Bowe-Lewis either buddy....hey maybe Aaron Pryor and Sugar Ray will finally throw down....

what ever his month he needs to get back in the ring.
Im sure he is very busy doing everything he doing.
May and September are always good for Mexican fighters or for Mexicans to fight.

That says nothing. Him being naturally smaller sets all that stuff off. I think if De La Hoya beats Mayweather boxing fans would shrug about that victory simply because De La Hoya is the bigger, stronger fighter. Let's say they do end up fighting and De La Hoya gets beaten by Mayweather, I doubt people would say he was past his prime and stuff like that. That's just like saying if Roy Jones moved up to Heavyweight and beat Mike Tyson people would say it doesn't matter Mike Tyson was past his prime (and you know as well as I know that Tyson was past his prime when Roy wanted to fight him..)
