he really is'nt. what has he shown that makes people think hes something special? his two biggest wins were very close decisions that people could argue he got a madison square garden gift. hes basic imo.

I think Roach is just up to his usual head games. If Cotto wasn't that good, why the hell would Manny fight him at this stage. Manny is looking for the biggest fights and biggest paychecks at this point. Roach said Cotto isn't that good, but he also said this Manny's toughest fight to date. So either he is great at mind games, or he's going senile. Or both?

Roach is showing his true colors here. He's a great trainer but there's no difference between what he just said and what Floyd Mayweather Sr. might've said except he's more eloquent.

bro, cotto credit is on another level than katsidis credit. people hyping cotto up like "what?". katsidis never gets hype. im a fan of katsidis, not because he is flawless(hes not) but because of the type of fighter he is.

So if Cotto is so **** why is Pacquiao fighting him? If beating him is so easy what's the point? Why not fight Mosley who even offered to go to 140. Oh yeah, you know you'd lose to Mosley for a fact.
