I agree dave he should stop complaining.haye beat Barrett now valuev for the WBA title.he will find anything to complain about because David haye did everything he said he'd do.he said he'd be world champion! He has no ammunition left.not only did he screw over both klits but he still got a title shot & made millions.
The klit/haye fight will still happen & that will eat him alive! He never wants haye to fight the klits.haye talked his way to a world title shot & capitalized on the opportunity...he must be pulling his hair out!

I think Roach needs to shut up! Cotto calls the shots? All I've seen is Cotto being very professional and his team being professional as well, while Roach gets basically *****-whipped by Pacquiao and Koncz. Cotto looks focused, is keeping a dignity in keeping quiet, looks to be training hard and only one thing on his mind. Pacquiao and Roach are shooting their mouths off, thinking ahead to Mayweather, going on Jimmy Kimmell filming a ****** superhero movie and basically not giving Cotto enough respect. They're acting like they've won already. And what's this ****** comment about Phil Landman? "I love it when these sports science guys put a towel over their shoulders and think they're boxing guys" Roach, do you remember where Buboy Fernadez came from? He was basically a tramp living on the streets of Manila.

I thought Santiago did very well in the corner against Clottey.

May have done well in the corner, butthats a whole different story than gameplanning for a fight with Freddie and PAC. Freddie will find cottos flaws and manny will exploit them. A strategist like nazam would be able to see the flaws in his fight and develop a strategy to overcome or hide those flaws. I don't see that happening with cotto. His gameplan for clottey wasnt all that impressive and he is still getting blasted throught his guard with uppercuts and straight punches. I think the trainer situation is a big advantge for PAC.

Of course Roach has a big edge in terms of game plans but I was responding to someone who was criticising Santiago in the context of his work in the corner during the fight, and I think that criticism was completely unfair. This is what he wrote:

I really don't know how much imput Joe Santiago has with Miguel's corner. I think you need someone in the corner to wake your ass up if your making mistakes during the fight. I remeber Felix Sr. slapping his son Tito in the corner to keep him focused. I remember Dundee with his shouting spurts to Leonard.

I replied that I think Santiago did a great job in the corner against Clottey, and I stand by that.
