why do you keep making that comparison ??
Your not very bright are you??
Berbick was 27 yrs when he beat an Ali who was 42 yrs..that was a 15 year age gap
Calzaghe was 36 yrs when he fought Jones who was not yet 39 years old ...that wasnt a 3 year age gap !
I wonder what diseased prick you dripped off the end of ???
Your a fcuking idiot who cant even add up correctly lol

age doesn't have anything to do with when your prime is. the fact is Roy Jones Jr was 39 and totally shot, he had been KTFO twice 4 years before he fought Calzaghe and hadn't beat anybody of relevance for several years. while Joe Calzaghe was in his prime. that win means NOTHING.

we all know a PRIME Roy would have knocked slappy the **** out.

as you can see most people agree with me.

    now **** off ******.
Its seems your the ******...you cant even add up lol
So let me get this right....you now see that you was wrong when you said the Calzaghe v Jones fight was the same difference as when Berbick fought Ali ?? is that what you saying ??
Cause as i have now pointed out to you there was a huge difference in the ages of when those fighters met !
    Your a ****** lol
learn to count ****** cnut !

I have already pointed out to you that age does not matter. Fighters peak at different times.

Would you also say that Mike Tyson was in his prime when he fought Lennox Lewis because he was 1 year younger?

By your logic. Lennox Lewis was past his prime and Mike Tyson was in his prime because Lewis was the older man. lol gtfoh.

I doubt you get it because you are an idiot but let me say it again.

AGE DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT

let me guess you also think RJJ was in his prime?

He had lost 3 in a row and been KTFO twice 4 years earlier. And had to shed 20 pounds muscle after the Ruiz fight. He hadn't beaten anybody of relevance for several years. He was only a shell of his former self just like Muhammad Ali when he lost to Trevor Berbick.

Age does not have anything to do with it, whetever he was 39 or 40 or 25 years old it does not matter. He was still totally shot and way past his prime.

Dude I was joking with you. Do you think Jones losing that weight caused him to be shot?

I think it had a part of it, He didn't look as good when he came back to light heavy from the Ruiz fight.

Talent wise he is up there IMO. I just wish he would have done a bit more earlier in his career. If he would have come over to this side of the pond in 2002-2003 and showed everyone what he was capable of, we would not have these people in here trying to discredit him so much. Yes he did fight some unworthy opponents back then, but he also fought some very credible ones. It is just that nobody over here noticed. It is called Center of the Universe Syndrome.

It is not all his fault either. People will say well why should he come over here? There really isn't any reason except for American exposure.

I hold the same grudge against Roy Jones. He could have done more also. Now we have Floyd doing the same thing.

All three of them could have done so much more, but talent wise you cannot dispute any of them.
