What a laughable argument....Floyd was a U.S Olympian they always get more attention in the U.S even if they do next to nothing really like Ward for ex. Also take into account that not many ppl pay attention to obscure foreign fighters in the very low weight classes. Pac gained more mainstream recognition later because he worked his way up out of nowhere Floyd already had the Mayweather name in addition to the Olympian status to shine light on him......Fact: Cotto alone will be a better opponent on Pac's resume than anyone Floyd has ever faced.....yeah, yeah I know.....you mean Cotto with 1 LOSS!!!!!?

Not to mention the fact that pink floyd is american & p4p, ring magazine & all that stuff started in america & they will always show favoritism for american fightters. Plus pink floyd fought at higher weights & in america it is common knowledge that lower weight fighters dont get the type of adulation they deserve.

The fact that a asian lower weight fighter like Pacquiao has the status that he has & has surpassed a american fighter who fought at higher weights is mind boggling.

Pac has the better resume hands down and has achieved much more than Floyd in a faster period of time.

Pacquiao resume is not better than Floyd's from top to bottom ..because if it was Pacquiao wouldnt have recently just got on the Pound for Pound list in 2004..when he has been a pro just 1995..

Floyd was Ranked on Ring Magazine's pound-for-pound list for
TEN consecutive years. 10 years.

Pacquiao was has only been on there half of that time.

Floyd has spent Three and a half Years Atop of that List: 2005,2006,2007, End Jun/2008 (retire)
