Why is it that when both Pacquiao and Mayweather was active nobody rated Pacquiao higher than Mayweather, if Pacquiao suppose to have the better resume?
Dont you think People would have took note of this and had Manny Pacquiao
ranked higher then Floyd Mayweather.
in 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007, and 2008.
Why in all these years did nobody ever say you know Floyd Mayweather,
your #2 and Manny pacquiao is #1 ?
Why?
You why.
Because stats and facts dont lie.
the only reason pacquiao is #1 is because Mayweather retired.
he never overtook Mayweather. he just filled a vacancy.
huge difference.
I dont see how somebody can say pacquiao is better than Mayweather.. when throughout their whole career nobody has ever rated Pacquiao ahead of Mayweather..
throughout their whole career from beginning to end mayweather has fought better competition.

Packy is a naturally smaller man who is OVER achieving. Thats much more impressive than a naturally bigger guy who UNDER achieves against smaller, older, less talented guys.
Floyd did it to himself.
its funny that before AFTER the Marquez fight NO ONE EVER mentioned Mayweather fighting smaller fighters...now all of a sudden his entire career is "he only fights smaller fighters"

I've said it plenty of times and detailed it as well.
At the most, Floyd has fought no more than 8 guys who were bigger than him.
The rest, he was bigger than.

I really don't even want to get involved in this because I think they are close enough that thinking whatever way on the matter is acceptable to me.
I think Floyd's dossier gets underrated by a lot of people, while Manny gets blown slightly out of proportion over a couple names (but it is still very impressive because it is deeper then most realize).
I would also challenge that Floyd has been the favorite in all but one fight, although I consider a slight favorite a pick'em as opposed to being a real favorite. Genaro he was not a real favorite, Corrales he was not, JLC 2 he was not a real favorite, Oscar he was not a real favorite, Manfready odds were close also. I had money on all those fights and got even, slightly better or slightly worse
