It'd be very hard to squeeze in. The Pascal-Diaconu fight is in December, and the mandatory defense must be made 90-120 days after that fight.

For them to make a Cloud fight between December and the mandatory fight would be hard.

Does Dawson absolutely have to fight Pascal though? Surely to god he can fight Cloud and let that WBC ranking go. He had a 9 month rest in between the Tarver and Johnson rematches. It aint gonna hurt him to fight again in February.
