    LOL.
    What's up dumbass?

The difference is that Calzaghe retired on those wins...

Dawson cleaned out the older part of the division while he still could (meaning before they retired), and then he will be fighting the people his age after that...

Calzaghe didn't fight the younger fighters in his division before retiring.

I hope you can remember all that.

?? He cleaned out the SMW division, Kessler at 27 was 8 years younger than an old Calzaghe who was 35.
Dawson's problem is he's 26 and has looked **** in his last 4 fights, all against 40 year olds. Four fights it a row againts 40 year olds when he's 26 is ****fing pathetic.

Wow what a dumb thread. How is this a double standard? The difference is everybody now thinks Calzaghe is better then Hopkins & Roy Jones Jr. & there all time greats who were well past there prime. And Calzgahes who legacy is based on them wins. Before those wins, what casual fan even heard Calzaghe's name before? But after those wins now he's an all time great? Tarver & Johnson are no where near all time greats and Dawson is still building his legacy and nobodys sayin he's an all time great based on them wins.

One was a rematch clause that he had to take. The other was because HBO wanted the rematch that's what the fans wanted. Then when he beats Johnson again, people still complain.

Hop won't fight him. So it obvious that he is fighting people his age now. I also bet that if any young fighter had a chance to fight Tarver and Johnson including you if you were a boxer. You along with those fighters would take those fight to

Calzaghe is no spring chicken at 36-37 years old, lol him fighting old men! And Hopkins was ranked number 1 lhw when Calzaghe fought him. So, go **** yourself! ****ing 20 yr olds wanting to fight old 36, 40, 45 year old men.

actually, it's a good thing, cause tarver and johnson were top 10 at lightheavyweight unlike eubank at smw when joe fought'em, unlike jones at lhw when joe fought'em

dawson is cleaning out the division and the old top dogs are still around, even if they are'nt prime, he has to show he can beat them, and the rematches were'nt his fault, one it was in the tarver clause, the other hbo forced him into
if he fights a 40 year old after just beatin glen, then you can start comparing him to calzaghe

what makes it sad is that calzaghe used it those wins over hopkins and jones as legacy wins(wtf right?)

Kessler is unproven... that win is going to get really good or bad based on his performance in the super 6.

Dawson has looked like **** once in his last four fights, and it was against Johnson his first time.

And it was mainly because Calzaghe wouldn't come to the states.

And when it's all said and done, Dawson resume will be much better than Calzaghes period.
