Difference between boxing and wrestling is that one is much more difficult to master than the other. Give a professional boxer five years of training in wrestling (or BJJ) with the best instructors and he'll become very skilled. Train a wrestler in boxing for five years and he'll barely make it to the pros. Professional boxers don't reach world-class status until their mid-to-late twenties after training in the sport for at least 15 years.

There are several cases in MMA where fighters with only a few years of training have become elite contenders. The same cannot be said in boxing.

You wouldn't beat Haye (Or any of those guys to be honest). David Haye trains Judo and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and would beat you anywhere the fight takes place.

Anything can happen in a fight. A boxer can be taken down and get hammered/submitted OR a wrestler/MMA fighter can get KOed by an accurate punch.

BUT putting EVERYTHING into account including a good strategy, the MMA fighter has the advantage.
