Not all boxers would be helpless if you somehow managed to get them on the ground without getting caught first. ANY person can do GNP, the stronger person will almost always win this. A boxer could be defeated by a submission expert, but he'd still have to get close enough without getting caught first which wouldn't be an easy task. Look how hard it was for BJJ and great wrestlers to get Chuck Liddell to the ground too GNP or submit him and he was far from having good boxing skills.

People that have never boxed just don't realize how hard and fast good boxers hit. Take off the gloves and 1 punch will KO anyone, even another pro boxer...
