I doubt very much whether Pascal would be favoured by the boxing experts to beat Cloud if they faced up.

Why would the boxing experts favor Cloud over Pascal? Cloud fights pretty linear and doesn't move in angles, which suits Pascal well because he likes to move around the ring. Pascal can hit and run against Cloud, not to mention when Pascal isn't macho he's a very skilled boxer.
