    Sooooooo....

Cliff Rold has posted in his article the same thing that I told you guys previously:

As Cliff Said: "....given reports that this edition of 24/7 isn't setting the world on fire in terms of audience....."

As I told you before: This is one of the worst 24/7's and has some of the lowest ratings

I guess Cliff Rold is a Pac hater who doesn't know what he's talking about. Right?

The fight has been hyped up by Top Rank and the boxing community for four months. One million would be a failure. Arum said he expects over two million.

He said he is expecting a big record.

Swizz, did I not tell you guys that 24/7 with Pacquiao had low ratings?

dude just ignore Al Haymon....he just love making bait threads because like his idol, he is green in envy because Pac is receiving RESPECT, something PBF will never have....

what kind of boxer and fans would take pride in big PPV only because the viewer wants to see him LOSE

BTW I see what you did with your original post now. Your using the numbers from PBF vs DLH to compare to the Pac/Cotto 24/7.

I don't care about none of this as long as it is great. I rather have a great fight than high ratings. But, I don't understand how a boxing a event can do a million buys and still a failure? I know what Arum said. But, Arum is promoting this event is he suppose to say? Of course he is hyping it up. But, for people to say that a million buys for a boxing event is a failure is ridiculous.

Why are the two mutually exclusive? Please help me understand that.

Arum predicted 2.2 million buys. So he is obviously concerned how well it does too. But, he reserves the option to not reveal the numbers if it makes less than was projected.

Now, when a boxing show - forget who the participants are - has low ratings, how does that help THE SPORT?

Shows compete with each other for air time. And we all want more boxing back on network TV.

The hypocrisy of the midgets is funny:
                      1) i love boxing and i want it to grow. I want more boxing on TV.
                      2) i don't care about ratings when boxing-related shows are on TV.
