After seeing viewership of over 4 million per episode for the Mayweather 24/7, Pacquiao-Cotto has failed to crack the top 20 cable programs.

In addition to low ratings for the initial showing (under 2 million viewers), VOD viewership was also low.

The highest-rated cable program was ESPN's Monday Night Football with 13.5 million viewers. ESPN also won the Saturday night ratings race with the Florida/Mississippi State game (5.7 million viewres).

I will post the second episode ratings when they come out.
    Stop lying.

    8-29-2009 - HBO - 24/7 Countdown to Mayweather-Marquez - 529,000 Live Viewers

How could it make a jump or dip to or from 4 million viewers.

This is funny because if it were the other way around, and Floyd/JMM had low numbers these haters would be having ball with a 100 page thread.. But since its Cotto/Pac, no one cares because I guess no one is surprised lol

LOL @ putting it in comparison to Monday Night Football and the #1 College football team in the nation.

I'm sure Boxing fans are really heart broken and aren't ordering the fight now.

Funny how you get called names when you post facts. Just posting the facts, not saying anything bad about 24/7 or its participants and still get blasted, this board is something else. I applaud the thread, its information I didnt know.

Then what you are saying is that you don't care if the sport grows.

                  Right?

It is hilarious to see how mere numbers can hurt certain guys' feelings.
