Adamek improved a lot since his fight with Dawson; better footwork, better defense. Dawson is excellent and every boxing fan knows that. No need to compare them, since they're not in the same weight class anymore.
Adamek IMO is like a CW Pacquiao, he improved a lot and is willing to fight great big men.

cause he's a boring featherfisted glass chinned hypejob bum?

amamek would destroy him if he was allowed to weigh 220 pounds. ya got lucky punk. oh lets make the wbc light heavyweight champ drop down to 175 pounds just so you can fight him for his own belt. disgrace.

People age and grow. Otherwise everyone would fight at one weight their whole careers.
They don't. Adamek was well documented having trouble getting down to 175 for the last couple of years, hence he moved up.

How so? It's a fight Dawson may have lost if it was a 15 rounder. He fought in survival mode after Adamek knocked him down and Chad didn't win a round after that.

He didn't seem weight drained 4 months prior when he fought in that war with Paul Briggs ( one of the best fights Ive seen).

Dawson badly staggered Adamek in the very next round with a counter right hook off of the ropes ( the 11th) and had him retreating when the round came to an end.

I give Dawson credit for the win.

And the second Briggs fight Adamek got dropped early and eked out that decision.
He needed to move up and did and did well.
