sugarman has paid his dues fighting guys much bigger than himself, he deserves to sidestep williams fraud jr on the other hand has not paid his dues nor has he faced bigger guys or guys anywhere near the the level of opposition shane has so if shane has ducked williams that goes thrice for fraud jr, cuz hes ducked everybody in his own weight class even mediocre guys thats how scared he is of losing!
