Martinez does have a belt tho

Another thing too. It's Martinez who is ducking Paul Williams right now and not the other way around. People need to use their heads a little bit. Didn't everyone read that one story of where Dibella said that Martinez had to be financially compensated to fight Williams at 160? These guys wolf that ****, but when it comes time to throw down, P-Will has got em shook. The only guy who really wants the fight is Dzinziruk.

Clottey and Martinez just pay Paul 50 million dollars and he will fight you! Or are you scared to pay all that money?

He never had to beat a champion for it though. Vernon Forrest avoided him, and I'm not dis*****g that. But that is because he was at the end of his career looking for one last payday. Williams has always won his titles from the actual champ and never scavenged off a vacant title belt like all of these guys have except for Mosley. Clottey got the IBF belt without having to beat Margarito so he's won his title in vacant fashion too. Berto won a vacant belt. Even though Cotto is the king of that, I hold other fighters to the same standard.

yep he will have to be way more active and show more power than I have seen him have but I will say his jab, timing and D seem to keep improving. He is a big dude so maybe 154 would help him with his endurance and punch volume? dont know, dont care that much really. Williams should go after Martinez or Sturm.

wait up Williams won his 154 belt off of an aging Verno Phillips, looked good doing it but Verno is no world beater. He wants to fight there are plenty of guys Im sure who would fight him but he is being selective which is his prerogative he just shouldnt ***** so much.

HBO needs to put the pressure on both Mayweather and Mosley to fight Paul Williams. I'm getting sick of both of those guys.

I don't think Williams will be fighting on Dec 5th. They may have to push to January. I do believe it will be Martinez vs Williams
