Can Anyone Provide Proof Where Steroids Helped a Fighter Win a Fight?

There's been a lot of steroid talk as of late (particularly aimed at Shane Mosley) and how fighters should be banned if they used it.

My question to those people, is there any proof that can be provided where a fighter had a edge in a fight by using steroids and was able to hurt the opponent much worse?

    Please provide...

Preformance enhacing drugs are merely a tool that allows one to reach a level beyond which they would normally not be capable of. They are not a magic wand that turns coal into diamonds.

To ge the full benefit of the drugs you need to put in the hard work, those three guys are not good examples of what I would call hard workers, more like guys looking for a short cut and to people like that PED have basically no effect.

That's what I'm trying to find out though. When do you distinguish a fighter from being just a really good fighter or a simple steroid user? Can you tell by watching a fight?

Is it proven you punch a lot harder on roids? I'm not being obnoxious either.
