I think Cotto has this. I got nothing againts Manny, as he is one of my favorite boxers, but I think a lot of people are underestimating Cotto. He is a well rounded fighter that is very inteligent in the ring. I personally believe that Cotto will stop Manny around round 8 or 9 with a body shot.
