Is Ring Magazine corrupt?

I'm pretty much talking about their rankings. Here's why:
1) They have Mayweather at number two, even though he beat a lightweight and hasn't fought a natural or bigger opponent in more than two years.
2) They have Mosley ahead of Mayweather in the welterweight rankings but not the P4P rankings.
3) Israel Vazquez and Rafael Marquez had three great fights but are they still P4P worthy? The last good opponent they each fought were each other and that was about a year and a half ago.
What do you think?
too bad... they lose credibility because of thatComment

This magazine is as bent as a 9 bob note, and I would'nt read it if it came free with the Sunday rag.. Bias American editors with all their favored fighters on parade.. They once had Rocky Sekorski as their P4P 25th greatest puncher of all time!
