Am not joking am shocked!!! I alway look at everyone like they have a decent if not a deep knowledge of the sport, Am seriously shocked..Comment

I started in 1999 and skipped all the way to 2001. B-Hop's destruction of Tito got me into the sport.Comment

Its not a problem if you start following the sport in 2004 but at least you would need to study and learn about it, I see alot of people who come here to bash Mayweather but they dont know that Mayweather was on the P4P list in 1999?? Shocked..Comment

They don't know about his resume at SFW. It all started with Baldomir
Anyway, I'm having a really hard time finding Ganero vs. Carlos Gerena, I tried Youtube and World Boxing Video Archive. Was that even televised?Comment

To be fair, those who do know about what Floyd did from 130-135 are (or should be) pretty pissed at what he's done these past few years.Comment

The problem isn't that they don't have the knowledge, the problem is that they think they do (usually by going on boxrec or whatever). Reading between the lines is easy, thinking deeper unfortunately isn't.
Pernell Whitaker got his a** kicked by that bum Wilfredo Rivera!
It's like...really, dude?Comment

Usually,
They don't give...Ganero Hernandez, Jesus Chavez, Angel Manfredy, Carlos Hernandez and Carlos Gerena a mention.
They hear everyone else say, "His resume at 130 shouldn't be questioned" and they follow it. I'm talking about the haters. I made a thread on who had the better resume at 130, Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather and to my surprise, Pacquiao was leading the poll.Comment

I was a PBF fan from the inception.
The reason I am not pissed is because of historical context. I can't think of anyone else who cleaned out their 4th/5th weight division.
What other fighter in history who basically cleaned out 130 would be expectd to clean out 147?
Pretty much all the guys "cherrypicked" or fought infrequently and selectively in their 4th/5th divisions.
Agreed?Comment
