Hopkins didn't have a messed-up shoulder. It was the commentators who floated that idea. For about a round Hopkins pretended he has a problem, but very quickly got back to throwing his right hand as usual. If Hopkins had had a dislocated shoulder [Lampley's idea], there would have been a camera on his corner showing them pulling it back into the socket.
