Hopkins didn't have a messed-up shoulder. It was the commentators who floated that idea. For about a round Hopkins pretended he has a problem, but very quickly got back to throwing his right hand as usual. If Hopkins had had a dislocated shoulder [Lampley's idea], there would have been a camera on his corner showing them pulling it back into the socket.

A dislocated shoulder hurts like hell, and doesn't conveniently "re-socket" itself.

He finished the job the first time he won a decision the 2nd time. What more of a show can that man put. Again after the knockout how much time was did Cinton have to recover? The crowd was booing because both guys just kept staring at each other without throwing any punches. Sergio Martinez will be an easy fight for Paul Williams. A guy like that will be no problem for Williams I rest my case. The fight should happen if it's what HBO wants. But I'd rather see one of those other three guys I mentioned earlier get a shot at Paul. Dzinziruk is the only one with any balls out of those three.

You sat down and watched that fight and you are saying something simple minded like this? Maybe his shoulder wasn't dislocated, but it was obviously hurt, and he went throught the pain like a man. I'm tired of these guys like Calzaghe and Pavlik denying us good fights because they forgot to get their finger nails painted at the salon.

Well you sleeping on Martinez. Style wise he is a problem for a Williams. P-Will might win but it will not be easy. I agree Dzinziruk is not an easy fight either. Both fighter will tougher than P-Will last 3 opponents that is for sure.

OK, lol I have to disagree with you my friend. Why won't anyone fight him then? He beat the socks off of Cintron and that decision was trash (it was a 10-2 fight with a kd for Martinez, 9-3 if you want but still), Martinez will give Paul a run for his money. Williams is not some unbeatable phenom for Pete's sake he is a tall guy who throws tons of punches yet does not use his height to his advantage and Martinez is a distance fighter who does not stand and slug it out. Martinez has far more experience than Williams and excellent stamina.

Williams may very well win it but he ain't koing Martinez and it won't be easy for sure.

I think you are a little too hard on Shane, but he's getting on my nerves as well. I like both Paul Williams and Shane Mosley, but if Mosley would accept Paul's challenge, that means he'd be fighting in December instead of January. But he'd rather take an easier fight in Berto.
