cotto fans..wtf??how can you not want cotto to rematch margo??

Nobody should complain about Cotto not wanting to rematch Margarito, because we all know Margarito is afraid to avenge his loss to PWill. How come I dont hear Margarito calling out PWill? People say he's over rated but none of the WW's want it with him so he cant be that over rated. He lost to Quintana then showed everyone the right way to avenge a loss in the rematch.

Mayweather should be at #3 and Cotto at #2 though. That is something I can't agree with. And you even said you don't agree with it either. Floyd would whip Cotto's ass though. If Cotto couldn't beat Margarito, he's not laying a glove on Floyd.

this is what cotto fans do..try to use the best fighter in the world as a shield..cotto hasnt accomplished half of what floyd has..get that understood..floyd is an atg..cotto isnt even great..hes a good solid fighter but yall get it twisted...when cotto becomes a 6 time champ in 5 divisions than we can compare the 2..all im asking is why do ya'll not want him to avenge his one brutal lose..floyd has a a tought fight with castillo and rematched him and ya'll still bring that **** up..williams rematched quintana and ko's him yet yall still mention that lose..but the cotto lose is siuppose to be forgotten??

Larry maybe just maybe Cotto knows his own career is winding down. He may have 1-2-3 good fights left in him. Fighting Margarito at this point will not erase that loss. Shane has killed off the Margarito unstoppable aura.

If Cotto does not want to waste one of his last good fights on Tony, I support it. If he wanted to fight Margarito again, I would support it. The thing is Cotto is positive Margarito cheated against him and does not think Tony deserves his time. I simply see his point.

If Tony fights his way back to the top, I will support it 100%. I just don't think Tony should be allowed to leapfrog Shane for a Megafight. Make the ****er work for it first. He put himself in this position and deserves no special favors.

I give Margarito **** for that as well. But what Cotto is doing is worse, because he got destroyed. Why doesn't Cotto just say that he thinks Margarito cheated and that's why he'd beat Margarito if they fought again? I'd respect that more than him just saying he doesn't want Margarito to get a payday.

true margo did turn down 4 mill to fight williams and got him ass kicked for 2 million by shane.....but that doesnt mean cotto shouldnt get his revenge..one has nothing to do with the other

Why would Floyd jump Cotto based on beating a non WW. Lets get it straight right now, Floyd should by NO means be ahead of Cotto in the WW rankings right now. P4P? Sure. But not at WW. If Cotto beats Pac and doesn't hop Floyd, that woud be a TRAVESTY.

Cotto has done significantly more at the weight. Floyd was retired for almost 2 years and came back to fight a LW. I'm fine with the Marquez fight, but that didn't warrant him hopping Cotto.

I mean, if the JMM fight had nothing to do with it, why wouldn't they have put him right over Mosley as well?

I'll admit that Mayweather shouldn't have been ranked ahead of Cotto (Right now) on the P4P list or be ranked that high at WW. Say Cotto does beat Pacquiao, guess who will be the number 1 P4P, Floyd Mayweather. Having done what? Beating Marquez. Once you hand everything down to Floyd, that doesn't motivate him to work his way up. He will then constantly brag about how he is the number 1 P4P and it won't look pretty.
