    Hard to say who clearly is the best..Once this mess at welterweight is mopped up there will be a clear cut best of our era...that being, Mosley, Mayweather, Pacquiao or Cotto..Hopefully they all clash with eachother before they retire

        I would say either Cotto, Pacquiao or Roy Jones Jr. You don't just have to be popular in the ratings, but you must also give the fans something that they will remember. People don't just remember Ali for his greatness inside the ring but also, outside. That's what makes Ali the greatest of all time. And these days, nobody has achieved greatness outside the ring. But, in terms of entertainment, Cotto, Pacquiao and Roy Jones Jr. gives fan their money's worth.
