Thanks for the encouraging words, I'll probably stay around for a bit. I take on board your comments about Bivol sitting on the ropes, I probably missed that from my analysis.
Bivol - Benavidez is probably the fight I most want to see now. Do you think we can skip the Beterbiev trilogy?Comment

I agree with all you said except the "Nobody can mess with him" part. I strongly believe Bivol and Beterbiev will give him tough fights. I also believe the Opetaia fight will be interesting but Benavidez does not belong at Cruiser in my opinion i said it before and i will say it again. Yes he destroyed Zurdo which i did not expect at all (not like that) but he gave up a lot of weight and came in even more fat than usual and he was still under the 200 limit.
He is complete. The defense and counter punching in the pocket was art. That last sequence had it all. People focus on the flashy combinations but there is much more behind that. He can really do it all, a complete fighter. Casuals focus on his footwork but it works for his style. Nobody can mess with him. He is one of the best fighters I have ever seen.
Giving up so much size is silly and he should concentrate on Bivol and Beterbiev at 175 and then go for Opetaia if still avalaible. I believe Benavidez beats all 3 fighters mentioned but i also believe Beterbiev 3-4 years ago would have beat him.👍 1Comment

I hate to say it but i would kind of say yes. It's like moral and principals against my personal pleasure and entertainment. I feel like Beterbiev deserves the trilogy but i would rather see Bivol vs Benavidez.

Its new, its exciting a true 50/50 in my opinion but i kinda feel they should give Beterbiev the trilogy he is already over 40 and Benavidez has some time left. I'm split on this one.
Boots vs Zayas? st*pid move or does Zayas see something or maybe is in a win win situation?Comment

I think Zayas was probably offered a very healthy payday for that fight after the disappointment of the Ortiz fight falling apart. It's a dangerous division where someone with a lower profile is capable of taking the top guy out so he probably thought it win-win. Plus Boots was going to eventually be his mandatory anyway.
You think Boots knocks him out?Comment

Canelo is done. What are you on aboutI really hope someone out there coughs up the 250 million that Canelo wants to fight Bennavidez because that would mark his last fight as a professional. Benavidez knocks Canelo out - that fight doesn't go any other way! Canelo can't hang with Benavidez for 12 rounds, anyone who thinks he can must be clinically insane.Comment

How is Zayas fighting Boots a stu-pid movie? You want him to hog the belt and avoid the smoke at 154?Comment

Boots will knock Zayas out in less than 9 rounds. Period.

How about because David spent a majority of his career at 168 before moving to 175 and the next logical step would be cruiser weight for two belts. Did you want him to skip CW and go straight to HW?
