Not sure Benn beats any title holder at 147 or 154. Beating a middlewight at catchweight and beating a 140 fighter at 150 doesn't say much.

Well..For him it has alway been about money not about titles. I guess he is doing very well.

boxing personality Conor Benn....is he popular anywhere but the UK? He'll never win a real belt, but England will support him like he's a champion. Josh Taylor will be up next for him. Maybe Adrienne Broner. There are a lot of washed smaller guys he can fight.

Benn did not enjoy the counters lefts to his body which caught his attention and made him fight with more movement. He missed a lot of shots against a slow footed fighter. Most fighters do not do well going down in weight to fight again.

Nope, we’ve always known Benn is not a good boxer. A small 135/140 Ibs fighter handled him easily.

Even the guys he was “tearing heads off” were finished and unranked. He’s never beaten a ranked fighter.

The one time he had a chance was vs Avanesyan and he ducked it. I don’t think he would have won that fight had he not ducked it. I think he would have got stopped.

I don’t see him beating any top level fighter. Never rated him, always thought he was crap.

Have always been a big fan of Prograis. The man has been a good champion, has a very respectable resume, has been in some fun fights, and has a career to be proud of. Hope the people who care about him talk to him about hanging it up. Nothing but bad things can happen from here.
I'm sure Benn will be offered a title shot, but you know how it goes: "I'm the A side, and I want what I allegedly made in my last fight ($15m). He's going to price himself out.

Regis has announced his retirement, which I'm glad about. He has always seemed one of the good guys in boxing & I wouldn't want to see him get hurt. He also said he was carrying injuries into the fight, which, TBBH, I think we could all see. As the smaller, older, physically more damaged man, I thought he did pretty well. He outboxed Conor Benn, but, I hear you cry, who couldn't? Benn can't box & he doesn't bring scary power. When he was at 147 before, 6 years ago, he ran from Ekow Essumann like a zebra from a lion. I expect him to keep running from anyone that can fight while shouting out challenges to meet guys at weights that are, obviously, far too low for them to safely reach or far too high for them to be competitive.
