Watch their feet, especially at the KO. Figueroa had the angle with his lead foot on the outside. He was doing it all night, even if the commentators were gushing about Ball's footwork.

Brandon was putting it on Ball pretty much all the time. The commentary from the UK succed and what was up with the terrible lack of sportsmanship ??Team Heartbreaker did nothing wrong. It wasn't like Nigel Benn celebrating while Gerald McClellan lay there dying.

Nick Ball might've won that if he didn't come out so reckless. That was really irresponsible defense in the final round by allowing Figueroa to flatten him so quickly.

He was behind on 2 of the cards and winning the 12th wouldn't have been enough, so he was right to look for the knockout.

They both were tbf, close fight.

Impressive performance from Figueroa — his pressure and conditioning really made the difference in the later rounds. Ball showed toughness, but the sustained output eventually broke him down. That featherweight division is getting very interesting now with multiple potential unification matchups ahead.

Nick Ball is tough as hell because he was getting tattooed with body shots for 12 rounds and it didn't really seem to slow down his output that much.

Smart move if Inoue is going to 126 would be for him to go to Japan and take the big payday rather than the Gary Russell jr. route of fighting some unknown mando once every year or two holding your belt for dear life.
I used to think Inoue would struggle at 126 but looking at Ball and Fig - I just think he could out box either of them - more so Fig who has slowed down some. Of course, if Inoue got caught by the heavier punch then he stays down
