Until Crawford retired the four best fighters in the world were a black American, a Ukrainian white guy, an ethnic and national Japanese, and a Mexican-American of mixed European and indigenous heritage.

    Stop being a tribalistic simpleton.

But precursor Floyd THE BEST SKILLED EVER is an AmeriBlack

and the only guy of that list who's near Floyd's league of ability is fellow black TBud

Floyd > TBud > Ninja Naruto Naoya > Top Soviet Bivol > Oleksandr > Jesse > Buff Guy Artur

Crawford was arguably P4P #1. Only usyk was rated better. Weak argument.

Before that Lennox, Roy Jones, and Mayweather held those titles.

Who was listed the best fighter of the 20th century?

I don't believe this. I think it's just a numbers game. There are a lot of blacks in the sport. If you consider that and then you have some very unique non-black fighters, then you can't necessarily say that black win most of the time besides that they're just overwhelming in the sport. Usyk, Loma, Manny, Inoue. Guys like these are very unique and if you had more like them, I'm sure there would be just about similar domination by them. There are just not enough.

I hate to believe this was also turned into a race bait, but it kind of is. I don't want to take away accomplishments from great black fighters. Though you can't deny, there wasn't enough of the other races involved at times when blacks were running the sport. Whether they weren't being noticed or brought over. Just look at Manny. If he never made the trip to America, he would have had his entire career mostly in Asia probably and not nearly becoming the fighter he did until he came to the US. There is undiscovered talent, but unless it's brought out, you won't know about it.
