I think Hatton made as much in that one fight as his entire career earnings combined. It's a way to get a big payday and Mayweather would probably still accept the fight in the UK because of the revenue factor.. Big payday for the both of them still. I think Hatton knows he's deteriorating as a fighter so why not get another fat cheque before calling it quits. Fight a tune-up for comparative peanuts and he risks losing to someone not highly rated which would probably throw the lucrative Mayweather rematch out of the equation completely..

I think this fight could happen. Really don't want it to though. Hatton has no business with the likes of Mayweather or Pacquiao anymore

the PPV buys in the UK & having the upper hand in negotiations might entice PBF to agree to a fight with hatton again...
