If Cotto loses will it be the end of his career?

If Cotto loses to Pacman what will happen to the rest of his career??? Mayweather won't fight him cause he won't be a PPV draw...the only person i can think of that will fight him will be Mosley....only cause Mosley said he wants to be recognised as the best in his era...which means he has to beat Cotto, Pacman, Mayweather, marquez, Hatton, Clottey

If he loses, he can always come back and bank on a Margarito rematch(if Margs gets his license back).

Yes. This is Cottos last big shot. The first one was ruin when he lost a controversial bout against Margarito and Mayweather retired. If he loses now. Theres no one who can take him where he wants. It will be the end of his career, he won't recover from this lost. He might keep on boxing, but it will never be the same again.

He might be used only as a stepping stone and if he wins it won't mean anything. The best fight he can actually pick is a rematch with Margarito, but I doubt he will be mentally and physically able to recover. Any other win means nothing.

what the hell? because he has 2 losses he should retire? ....

ezzard charles had more than 2 losses and that didn't stop him from becoming of the best of all times.

ray robinson had 20 something losses, that didn't stop him from becoming the best p4p boxer of all times.

ali had 5 losses, that didn't stop him from becoming the best HW of all times.

                having losses means ****.

I don't know whats more ridiculous... The fact someone created this thread or that people are agreeing.. WTF. I siad it yesterday and I'll say it again, some people on this forum do not know a damn thing about boxing..

5 or so people yesterday said Carl Froch had the p4p fastest hands of all time. This forum is complete garbage if your looking for good info.
