He brings more eyes to boxing and does have an undercard with other fighters. His circus fights are not my cup of tea but I have more questions when he is fighting than any other fighter at this time, from all ages.

        He's a half-decent promoter and has done a lot for women's boxing.

He just doesn't belong in the ring.

Jake is GREAT for boxing because his fans will become Joshua fans

bbc Josh is the GigaTyrone of boxing his look will reel in Jake's casual fans into being Joshua fans and ultimately boxing fans

I think he's done well putting younger eyes on the sport and hopefully inspired some kids to pick up the gloves and get into it. That alone could be a huge bump to the sport because maybe one of those kids goes on to become an ATG? Who the hell knows, but it is putting eyes on the sport that may have never tuned in otherwise. That said, for the hardcore fans, his fights themselves are obviously farces and nobody here is taking him seriously.

As long as he doesn't teeter too much on the side of putting on shameful fights (Mike Tyson, nearly Gervonta), I can tolerate him awhile longer. Plus if this AJ fight is mostly legit and we see JP get ktfo, you can't help but give him some respect for finally facing a serious killer in the ring and getting his comeuppance, lol.

Jake Paul helps Jake Paul and you can't help but respect that.

Big announcement coming apparently. No doubt launching something off the back of the Joshua promotion. Whatever it is, it will get such a marketing boost that his imminent knockout will look like a work of genius.

I never understand comments like this. Why does anyone need to respect it?

Not if he ends up with a subdural hematoma.

He is not really apart of boxing and doesn't impact it in any meaningful way good or bad as a whole. He has does some good things for women's boxing and has helped underpaid retired MMA fighters make some coin which isn't a bad thing.
