Inoue's only flaw is that he sometimes allows himself to be drawn into firefights for the sheer spectacle of it all. If he decides to fight responsibly as he did against Akhmadaliev and Fulton, Nakatani won't be able to touch him.

Meanwhile, Nakatani has slow feet and eats big punches all day. Inoue is going to absolutely brutalize him.

Monster by TKO in 8. Nakatani will be game and valiant, but Inoue is us simply too talented, too ferocious and too relentless for even Junto. I liked Nakatani's chances much better against Bam at 118.

Put the pipe down. Junto is an excellent fighter. Monster is a great fighter. Two completely different levels, as you will see. The only thing being "passed" will be the smelling salts when Nakatani's handlers are trying to revive him.

So... is this where we sit back and hope that they both win? There have been more than a few of these "all they have to do is each win" super fights because one or the other does not bother to win to get it done.

Fingers crossed. This could be great. After a fairly dull, uneventful 2025, maybe 2026 will be good for boxing?

              Maybe?

              I mean hope is free.....

Its an interesting style. He counters very well off the backfoot I can see him having a lot of success there vs Inoue who lunges in a lot and often carries his chin a bit high.
People might not like me saying it but I do not buy Inoue is this amazing technician. Great little fighter, extremely explosive & fast but there is a lot there that isn't technically great & I think we're seeing it more and more as he has fought guys with better timing.
Inoue is very technical, I think he has just become infatuated by his heavy hands and has relied on that, which is a formula to getting knocked out at some point. If he goes back to his fundamentals I think he doesn't even get dropped and stays unbeaten for a while.
