I think there's a few US States that have conflicting rules with VADA for certain prohibited drugs and use thresholds. Nevada, California for example.

good points actually, we sort of assume that once a substance is banned that its actually banned across the board but it might not be the case as we see here

I think there is simple ways to nip this in the butt. All suplaments must now be tested. the fighters must produce all supplaments that they are going to be taking for there camp and it must be tested prior to the start of camp.

it looks like the amount that was in matia's system was extremely small but none the less was it the tale end of a cycle ? was it tanted supplements ?
