thats because the countries there are desperate to join nato to get away from russia, they want it that way

We go back to the question have you lived as a neighbor of Russia? Please answer the question. If you do not answer the question, we can safely assume that you haven't.

Hopefully someday, much of the Middle East will unify in the effort to keep the US from invading them, because they know that it has happened many times AND it will not stop. Like that?
Comparing Gulf-war era US to present-day Russia, is like comparing Georgian-era Great Britain to **** Germany. In both cases, one country is far more extreme that the other.

Nope. What is true is that we use those other countries to "keep an eye" on Russia. That's why we want NATO in Ukraine next to Russia's border. Like I said, imagine a scenario where Russia or China buy huge tracts of land in Mexico just south of Texas so they can have a "training" military base to "help train" Mexican military. Do you think we would be ok with that?

We have a huge military base in Okinawa, Japan and South Korea and Qatar and Germany. I bet THEY WANT us in their countries to "protect" them from Russia. Meanwhile, do you know how many Japanese girls have been ****d in by our military personnel in Japan?

"Gulf- war era"? Really? You think the 2003 invasion of Iraq is a bygone era? How about the current on-going US-led war in Yemen where half a million people have perished?

Have you not watched Fox News? Or any news media in the US? It's always the same shpill, "Russia and China are our enemies and so is communism". Meanwhile, the US has invaded more countries than all the communist countries combined.
