Anyone who knows anything about body language and watched Floyd talk about Pac when the first fight negotiations began could see clearly he wasn't comfortable with the fight. He wasn't "scared". He saw a guy with a real chance at beating him due to his speed , power and awkwardness and he did not like the fight. Floyd is a smart guy, alot smarter than most give him credit for.
He admitted that he saw real issues beating Pac when he started talking about extra drug testing and "fearing for his health" even though Pac has never tested positive. He did not want to fight Pac until he saw Pac lose a step. And he probably would have beaten Pac anyway. But he wasn't sure. He 100% was not fighting Pac in those first negotiations.Last edited by Theshotyoudontsee; 12-09-2025, 11:11 PM.Comment

I just say all that means he was scared. It happens.
Srl was scared of Hagler but at least Hagler wasn't an already ko'd shopworn fighter or Srl wouldn't have gotten much credit for beating him

Body language. WTF? All respect to your opinion but using body language instead of actions doesn’t seem too valid.
Now if you’re a body language expert, than your opinion carries some weight.
However, when it comes to Floyd almost everyone that doesn’t like him ( not saying you don’t) finds something he does that indicates fear. Yet he fights them and wins.Comment

Ridiculous demands like additional drug-testing insisted by your boy killed the megafight when they are both in their primes. Nevada has their own drug-testing method back then.

Meanwhile, your boy was caught receiving an intravenous drip (saline) significantly more than that limit, saline has been used as a "masking agent" to help hide the use of performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs).
