Great fight but Mason got exposed imo. If he really was the future of boxing he should have smoked Noakes not gone life and death. Poor fight IQ and quite sloppy from him.

Exposed? Not so much. I'm just glad Noakes showed himself to be as tough as advertised and not just a 'rollover' for the 'favorite' fighter. I agree though, the fight shouldn't have gone to the depths that it went.

Great fight , they fought everywhere with skill and hardly needed the ref.

But also - very good job by this referee who was always in good position to just use verbal commands, or a light tab, quick breaks if needed - the fighters listened and it all facilitated the ebb-and-flow

Noakes is really committed to that right hand to the body, landed a number of them with great timing last round

Noakes biggest success is when he hurt Mason with a left hand to the body sometime around round 6.
