Always wanted to see Tank against the top 135. He just chased paydays and no glory, a disappointment in avoiding all the available marquee fights he could had gotten.

At this point he was fighting a circus fight that no one asked for and now legal troubles. He can retire and go away since his heart is not into the sport anymore and he can't save himself with his domestic issues.

Depending on how large that civil suit is and its payout, he may not be able to retire.

It’s just an utter tragedy for boxing fans to see such a total waste of humanity that I have experienced following this man’s career.

Gervonta Davis had all the talent and potential in the world but yet he decided to piss it all the way by doing dumb shit!

He refused to challenge himself or take any risks by avoiding stiff opposition. Likewise, he has made some very poor choices outside of the ring as well.

So this should serve as a cautionary tale for all young fighters to watch the company you keep and stay out of trouble!

I'm not sure if his family friends or trainers read these post however, if you a trainer and a man who has a fighter you can't be real with, open and honest what the hell are you? If you are any of these young ladies father, step father male mentor that deal with this professional fighter and you are aware of this happening then you are not much of a man, why you say that because even if I can't beat your ass for touching my daughter, I sure would have her invite you over and myself and my crew would hold you captive, place you in a trunk and take you somewhere and make you beg for your mama! Then would beg you to touch her again! He's dealing with people he can get away with this type of behavior and most fighters such as Floyd didn't have to worry about a crazy ass father so they continue a cycle of bad behavior, but I fought Gervonta cycle of coward ass men around him not speaking into his life but respect him in a dam gym and for his talents. I was raised a bit different, and when I got out of line I got my ass beat by a woman my mother whom was a veteran in the 50's when the military was very segregated and she would always tell you, I bought you in this world and I'll take you out, and ment it and had guns a plenty. I pray he get his sh_t together before he end up six feet deep and it's justified due to his pattern of behavior.

I am helping my niece through a crises because her baby-daddy did not know how to keep his hands off of her when angry. She is in a program now trying to rebuild her life as the legal system works it's gears. Mayweather serving jail time was the best thing that could have happened. Hopefully, Davis sits in a cell for multiple months as well. Both earned it .
