    Usyk is officially ducking Itauma

"No I won't fight Itauma. He's young, always teasing me. And he said himself he doesn't fight grandpas. I'll fight until I'm 41. Then I'll build a sports academy - I'll train there and train others."
It's official. Usyk is ducking Itauma.

Officially, as opposed to unofficially, meaning his management sent you an email confirming it ?

No...then get back under your bridge!

If Usyk is ducking anyone, it's Joseph Parker. And why? Because he isn't some hyped up British fraud served up one after another, like Itauma is.

Usyk chose to derail the Dubois/Parker fight because Dubois was the quitter he knew he could easily beat again rather than Parker who would also easily have splattered Dubois.

And now Usyk is cringedancing in silence rather than face the legit contender in Parker, hoping for another huge payout to beat the young pretender, Itauma.

Absolutely no one is ducking Itauma. He's the one quacking away saying he'll square up against anyone while 'officially' avoiding real threats like Sanchez to fight washed up has been and never weres like Whyte.

Usyk is ducking Itauma. Usyk is 38 and intends to fight three more years but refuses to face Itauma in those three years. Turki will step in though and make it happen. Shocking that Usyk so fears Itauma already. That KO of Whyte was terrifying.

Lol, nobody is scared for Joseph Parker.

The dude was brutalised by Joe Joyce and battered by Derek Chisora.

Itauma would leave Parker in a body bag (like Joe Joyce did lol)

I honestly don't care anymore who Usyk fights. I'm really Okay with the idea if he just said, I'm done and retiring tomorrow. He's done enough to secure his legacy and go down as one of the all time greats. At this point it's just asking for him to face everyone until he finally takes a loss to satisfy your hatred towards him.

I've always said, I never cared for undefeated guys that retire undefeated because it probably means they didn't face their true nemesis, but I'm not sure I can say that against Usyk. The dude faced AJ twice when I didn't think he would win initially. He then faced Fury twice which I didn't think he'd win. I think that's enough for me to say, he's proven himself in a weight class where he isn't necessarily the biggest guy even. He was just so dominant at his natural weight, (Cruiser) that he wouldn't have any more opponents worthy to give him a challenge, so he had to move up to give himself a new challenge, even if it meant having an immediate handicap.

Like I said in the other thread

If he wins and Itauma goes on to do nothing, people will say big deal Itauma never beat anyone and was C class

If he wins and Itauma goes on to be the next big thing then people will just say Itauma was green and he didnt face prime Itauma while pretending Usyk is prime since hes lineal and undisputed and ignore that hes near 40. This is exactly what happened with Mayweather-Canelo

If he doesnt face Itauma people will say he ducked him

If he faces him and loses people will say Usyk finally got old.

The funny thing is Usyk will get the least amount of criticism if he faced him and lost, he gets more criticism any other way. Just how boxing fans are.

Itauma won't even step in there with Frank Sanchez or the ghost of Kubrat Pulev, let alone Parker or Kabayel. Get a grip.

Pulev is the one who signed another fight lol
But you are right about Sanchez, he did reject that fight.

Doesn't mean he wouldn't smoke Parker.
Parker was demolished by Joe Joyce.

                Joe. Joyce.

                Let that sink in.

Imagine facing a southpaw who's twice as fast as him. Complete mismatch.
