    The elephant in the room…

What is up with Makhmudov neck?

Its like there’s another human trying to escape out of the back of it

It’s almost looks like it has a hinge half way up connecting two separate necks

Also the way he shakes it is also weird asf

was wondering that lol. I think it must be a form of Tourette's or something and some sort of tick. He seems to do it more when he's hurt as well lol, when Allen low blowed him and Kabayal KO'd him to the body Makhmudov's neck was twitching like crazy. Oddly he doesn't appear to do it when talking, he was fine during the post fight interview

I think he's got low level Tourette's syndrome. He seems to have two modes, one where he just lets it happen and one where he focuses and doesn't do it but its to anyone's guess how much he needs to focus on it. I don't like personally, what happens when he gets his head smacked around then goes back to his corner and starts twitching? He's only making the damage worse.
