Struggling to Stay Consistent with My Weight Loss Journey Any Tips

    Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to lose weight for a few months now, but I keep hitting roadblocks with consistency. I’ll start strong for a few weeks, eating healthy and exercising regularly, but then I fall off track and regain what I’ve lost.

I recently came across HoneHealth and wondered if anyone here has tried it or similar programs to stay on track. I know it’s a long-term process, but it’s hard to stay motivated when progress feels slow.

How do you keep yourself accountable and focused when motivation fades?

I’d love to hear your experiences and practical tips.

That's the thing, it is a long term committment if you want to be successful. It's basically a lifestyle change that you have to maintain. You will feel hungry, demotivated and frustrated at times but you have to keep going. That's discipline. There'll be times where you'll hit the wall and your weight loss slows down or stops completely even though you're still maintaining the healthy eating and exercise. During those times you have to keep going but perhaps change things up with the exercise or the things you're eating (not just what you eat but when).

It's not easy, but it's basically an agreement you have with yourself. You have to truly understand that it's long-term and will feel like a struggle at times, but once you get used to the lifestyle change it gets much easier.

Sorry, this isn't exactly "advice" but more of a motivational speech. Hope it helps a little. Good luck.

When I feel lethargic I just watch some DBZ or old clip of Stone Cold stunning people and then I'm like yeah lets bang out these set and eat some tuna and veggies after.
